Clyde Burks
Clyde is a proven business leader with a decade of experience in medical devices as CEO for Gardner Medical and as a major investor in Attune Medical. Clyde has successfully scaled businesses by efficiently employing capital to build and manage the required infrastructure for rapid and sustained company growth. As COO of an industry leading private cosmetics company, Clyde led company growth and managed the exit to an international public company (2010). In his role as co-founder and Managing Partner of an investment company (The PFG Group), Clyde participated, as a major investor, in the growth and successful exits of Attune Medical (2024) and Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream (2025), both to public companies.

In his 30+ year career, Clyde has acquired experience and held leadership positions in sales, strategic planning, commercial banking , corporate finance, and operations. Clyde spent over a decade as founder and President of a successful entrepreneurial distribution company. Clyde has served as a consultant, advisor and board member to several small and middle market companies.

Clyde earned a B.S. degree in business administration from Boston University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
